Cristóbal has a distinguished career in public law, administrative law, and legislative coordination. He has held key positions such as Legislative Advisor to the Chamber of Deputies, Head of the Legal Reform Department at the Ministry of Women and Gender Equity, and Director of the Legislative Area at Comunidad y Justicia Foundation. He currently serves as Director of Postgraduate Programs at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Finis Terrae and teaches Administrative Law at the same institution. His academic experience also includes international collaborations as professor at the University of Navarra (Spain) and Universidad de los Andes. He is the author of numerous publications in indexed journals, book chapters, and the book “La formación de la ley” (2019). He actively participates in research projects both in Chile and abroad, and has been a speaker at academic conferences and seminars on topics such as subsidiarity, public law, and education.
