Throughout his professional career, he has served as a lawyer and board member for various companies and institutions, including Endesa, Financiera Tasco, Agrobanco, Banco Urquijo de Chile, Metro Linea 5, Comercial Automotriz Ditec S.A., NCH Hoteles S.A., Puerto Bories S.A. among others. He also worked for many years as a writer and editor at the newspaper El Mercurio. He has extensive experience in the banking area, as well as in matters related to freedom of expression, corporate law, civil law, and tax law across companies from diverse industries.
