Aníbal Rodríguez Letelier

He has extensive experience in regulatory, administrative law and public procurement; real estate law; commercial law; antitrust; and compliance.
He is co-author of the publication “Contratos administrativos en Chile, principios y bases”, published by Ril Editorial of Ediciones Santo Tomás.
In academia, he teaches commercial and antitrust law at both undergraduate and postgraduate at Universidad Santo Tomás, and has been invited to lecture at foreign universities. He holds the position of Dean at the Faculty of Law at Universidad Santo Tomás.
