José Manuel Zilleruelo

José Manuel has extensive experience in tax law, tax planning, tax audits, litigation, and defense in tax audits before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII). He is a founding partner of TEAM TAX, where he leads the tax practice. He has also practiced as an independent lawyer and worked at various specialized consulting firms, actively participating in the implementation of the Tax Reform and in negotiations before the General Treasury of the Republic (TGR). In addition, he was a senior lawyer at Deloitte in charge of tax litigation and disputes. In 2008, he was a legal representative at Mackenna Cruzat & Co.
